I am sharing with you today a headshot session that I shot this summer with Jasmine Jones of Alter-Image Charleston, SC hair and makeup artist. Jasmine and I have worked together several times on weddings, engagements, and styled shoots before. I love her work, she is one of my favorite people to work with! So when I had the privilege of taking her photos and giving her the gift of beautiful headshots of herself I was very happy to do that for her! She wanted fun and less traditional headshots, so we took more of a fashion approach to the shoot and did her photos outdoors in natural light. I think it made for a really unique and modern headshots, something different than the in studio corporate style. These are still very professional, they just brake the mold of you typically see and I love them! Jasmine is a natural in front of the camera so it was a lot of fun to photograph her.
I love shooting portraits so this natural light headshot session was one of my favorite shoots from this year. I hope you love them as much as I do.
