Wesley Chapel Food Photographer – Falabella Family Bistro Session

As a Wesley Chapel food photographer, I have the privilege of capturing culinary artistry from some of the area’s top restaurants. My recent session at Falabella Family Bistro, located in the vibrant The Grove at Wesley Chapel, was a dream project, from the inviting ambiance to the visually stunning dishes and expertly crafted drinks. This one of my husband and I's go to date night restaurants, we have always enjoyed our meals and cocktails when we eat here!

1: Chicken Parmigiana

The food photography session began with their Chicken Parmigiana, a golden, crispy chicken cutlet blanketed in bubbling mozzarella and generously layered with a robust, house-made marinara sauce. Nestled on a bed of al dente spaghetti, this dish strikes the perfect balance between traditional comfort food and elevated presentation.

2: Burrata Rigatoni

Next came the Burrata Rigatoni, a dish that’s both rustic and refined. The house-made rigatoni is thick, tender, and textured to perfectly hold the hearty, slow-simmered bolognese sauce. It’s crowned with a generous orb of fresh burrata that’s delicately torn to release its creamy center, then finished with finely chopped chives for a pop of color and a hint of freshness.

3: Frutti di Mare

The Frutti di Mare offered a visual showcase of the sea a colorful medley of shrimp, calamari, mussels, and clams, delicately sautéed and served in a garlic white wine sauce over linguine. The dish captures the coastal Italian vibe beautifully, with vibrant herbs and a light gloss from the flavorful sauce that photographs like a dream.

4: Stuffed Salmon

Falabella’s Stuffed Salmon is another standout a fillet of Atlantic salmon carefully rolled and filled with a seasoned crab and breadcrumb mixture, then topped with a light citrus cream sauce.

5: Chocolate Temptation Cake

Presented with seasonal vegetables and potatoes, this dish delivers elegance with every layer and angle.

For dessert, the Chocolate Temptation Cake provided the ultimate visual drama. A towering slice of layered chocolate cake with silky ganache and glossy chocolate glaze, it's finished with artistic drizzles and garnishes that make it irresistible both on the plate and through the lens.

6: Smoked Old Fashioned

No food session would be complete without showcasing the beverage menu. The Smoked Old Fashioned adds a dramatic flair with its signature glass dome reveal. Beneath the smoke lies a deep amber cocktail featuring top-shelf bourbon, orange peel, and a hint of cherry, served with a large ice cube for a classic yet elevated feel.

7: Blackberry Mojito

The Blackberry Mojito was bright and lively, brimming with muddled blackberries, fresh mint, lime juice, and rum, then topped with club soda. Its deep purple hue and fresh herb garnish made it a visual standout for food photography!

8: Espresso Martini

Their Espresso Martini combines elegance and edge smooth vodka, fresh espresso, and coffee liqueur shaken into a frothy, rich cocktail topped with signature coffee beans. Perfectly styled for those moody bar shots.
