I normally don't write blog posts about food unless I've photographed a personal branding client that's a chef for food blogger. But I thought these gluten free blueberry muffins turned out so good I just had to share them with you all. I am always on the lookout for "healthy" alternatives to traditional baked goods so I was very happy when these turned out so good! Hope you enjoy them as much as I did!

Protein packed gluten free blueberry muffin recipe by Tampa food photographer Nina Bashaw. PROTEIN PACKED GLUTEN FREE BLUEBERRY MUFFINS!
2 cups all purpose gluten free flour. (I use King Arthur brand)
1 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
2 large eggs
1/2 cup vanilla protein powder. ( I used Garden of Life raw organic plant based)
1 tbsp Baking powder
1/2 tsp Baking soda
1/2 tsp Salt
9/16 cup Sugar
2/3 cups vegetable oil
1 cup vanilla greek yogurt. ( I used Oikos Pro 20 grams of protein )
1/3 cup oat milk
Bake at 375 for about 30 minutes
