Robert is Of Counsel at Frankel, Rubin, Klein, Payne & Pudlowski, P.C. with the Corporate and Business Department. Rob’s practice includes all areas of business law, including, contracts, vendor agreements, real estate, policies & procedures, employment contracts, asset purchase agreements, corporate compliance, settlements and releases, term sheets, letters of intent, leases, and minute books.
Robert is a Riverview, Florida resident so we meet up at the Bloomingdale Hills area in the Winthrop Village shopping community, I love that area, it's always clean and easy to find parking! Winthrop offers not only the shopping needs of daily life but all of the needs, such as medical, education, events, and housing of all types. Winthrop brings an urban sensibility and infuses community back to the suburban life. I loved doing his shoot down there, tons of little spots for some natural light headshots.
