I'm sharing with you today another gorgeous Charleston wedding I had the privilege of shooting with my good friend and fellow Columbia, SC wedding photographer Jillian Banks owner of Backyard Photography. We work a lot together, I love Jillian to me is is one of the best rated Columbia wedding photographers! So when she asked me to be her assistant and second shoot for her again I was pumped!
Kendel and Jack's intimate wedding was at a gorgeous private beach home in Isle Of Palms in Charleston, SC. The weather that day was less than ideal with heavy rain and wind but that didn't stop these two love birds from getting married. And we were lucky enough that right after the ceremony it stopped raining so we could take all the family photos, bridal party and bride and groom shots out on the beach.
I loved the non traditional bridesmaids dresses, they were a beautiful shade of blue with a floral pattern, so it fit the beach theme wedding perfectly. The groomsmen looked classic and dapper in their matching khakis and navy blue jackets. And Jack looked so handsome in his pale blue jacket. Kendel of course stole the show in her simple lace and chiffon dress that she purchased online and repurposed her mother in laws veil to finish off the look. Her whole wedding look perfectly fit their intimate beach wedding! And Charleston florist Ooh! Events (Out of hand) did a stunning job on all the bouquets. And then to polish off their looks Charleston Events Hair and Makeup did all of the ladies hair and make and they did a fabulous job, everyone looked so gorgeous! They finished off the evening with amazing food from Bricklane Catering and danced the night away. It was truly a joy to be apart of this wedding! Both Kendel and Jack Gower's families were kind and welcoming to us, they really made us feel apart of the celebration!
